Job Overview
AndPro Plumbing & Drain is seeking a skilled and licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is dependable, experienced, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team on residential and commercial plumbing projects. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems while delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and appliances
• Assemble and install piping systems using hand and power tools
• Diagnose plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs efficiently
• Provide accurate estimates and present multiple solutions to customers based on their needs and budget
• Clearly communicate with customers about their plumbing systems, issues, and recommended work
• Conduct system inspections to identify problems and ensure code compliance
• Collaborate with other trades and team members to complete projects on schedule
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule as needed
• Follow all safety standards, company policies, and industry best practices

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Plumber license (required)
• Proven experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation methods
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (preferred)
• Must be able to pass a background check
